4、避免在帶電時誤合接地開關。（隻要在斷路器分閘狀況，才幹操作阻隔開關或手車才幹從作業方位退試驗方位，才幹合上接地開關）

5、避免誤入帶電間隔。（隻要隔室不帶電時，才幹開門進入隔室）變配電室的“五防”即防火、防水、防雷、防雪、防小動物。“一通”即保持通風傑出。
